Our photographers cover the whole event: arrivals, speeches, the dance floor, the details.

Every shot goes through our professional retouching on site, then uploads to your event gallery.

Scan & selfie
Guests scan the QR code on the tables, add their email and take a selfie. AI finds every photo they're in.

Full-quality, edited photos straight to their phone, plus a private gallery link by email to come back to.
Private by design
Guests' selfies never leave their phone: their phone turns the selfie into a face code that's only used to find them at your event. Face codes are deleted after the event, and guests only see their own photos unless you choose otherwise.
How fast do guests get their photos?
Usually within minutes of the shot being taken. We edit on site and upload as we go.
Can you deliver after the event instead?
Yes. With Edited & Delivered we do the full edit after the event, then send you one link. Guests can sign up and take their selfie on the night or later, and we email each of them the moment their photos are ready.
Do guests need an app?
No. They scan a QR code (or tap the link in your WhatsApp group) and it opens in their phone's browser.
What if a guest isn't in any photos yet?
They can ask to be emailed as new photos of them land, and come back to their private link any time.
Can we get the unedited RAW files?
Yes, as a paid extra. Guests can request them from their gallery, or email us and we'll quote.
Who sees the photos?
By default each guest only sees the photos they're in. You can also open the full gallery to all guests.
